Dan Larkin
Dan spearheads the Go-To-Market strategy for solar projects. With over 15 years of Sales Leadership and Operations experience, Dan is a pioneer in the Direct-to-Consumer Solar Sales Model and has built or run multiple Solar Sales companies, including Evolve Solar, SunEdison, and Encore Solar, eventually founding SOLO, the industry-leading back-office solution for solar and roofing contractors and sales organizations. Dan’s core competencies include Sales Strategy, Recruiting and Leadership, Sales Operations, and the integration and automation of sales technology within the solar industry. Perhaps of greater value is Dan’s reputation as a knowledgeable and trustworthy partner in an industry where he is routinely invited to headline, speak or otherwise present at industry events such as SolarCon, SEIA, RE+ and others.
Thomas Plagemann
Thomas is responsible for working with tribes to assess optimal funding and incentive strategies. This includes fund establishment, fundraising, and ensuring equitable distribution of benefits to tribal communities. Thomas brings extensive experience in both public and private sectors, managing residential and commercial solar projects of various scales for several world-class organizations including GE Energy Financial Services, Vivint Solar, Solar Energy Industries Association, US Solar Fund, and ClearGen LLC, to name but a few. Thomas’ expertise encompasses Government Incentives, Capital Markets, Tax Equity, Partnership Modeling, Legal Structuring, and Third-Party Validation. Specifically, within solar project development, Thomas has established reliable relationships of trust with key stakeholders at the Department of Energy, the Internal Revenue Service, and the Department of Treasury.
Jay Larkin
Jay Larkin oversees all back-office and administrative functions for solar project deployment. Starting with work at the Department of Energy and with over 25 years of executive experience as Director, Senior Director, and VP in key energy, financial and other corporations, Jay has a proven track record in energy project management and in guiding strategy, operational efficiency, and change management for internal and customer-facing units. With experience at Citibank, HSBC, ConocoPhillips, Convergys, Stream International, Vibrant Smart Home and Sonsio Vehicle Protection, Jay’s expertise includes overseeing major projects, driving key initiatives, enhancing customer satisfaction and outcomes, and improving business performance and financial results.
