Born and raised on the Siksika Reserve in Canada, Noble brings a lived-cultural perspective to complex financial systems. Prior to co-founding ALT PV, he built his career at a leading solar-financing fintech, starting as an intern and rising to equity partner and Chief Revenue Officer. Over his tenure, he originated and managed more than $5 billion in solar loans, helping scale the solar loan platform nationally.

Jay Larkin is COO and a Co-founder of ALT PV. In this role he oversees the critical infrastructures necessary for success, managing all back-office and administrative functions essential for large-scale residential solar project deployment. With over 30 years of executive leadership experience—including roles as Vice President, Managing Director and CEO—Jay has a proven track record of guiding strategy, operational efficiency, and change management within global energy and financial corporations.
Jay began his career at the Department of Energy, providing him with a foundational understanding of the federal energy landscape. He has since driven key initiatives and enhanced business performance for industry leaders such as ConocoPhillips, Citibank, HSBC, and Convergys. His background spans complex project management, financial results optimization, and the streamlining of key units for organizations including Stream International, Vivint Smart Home, and Sonsio Vehicle Protection.
At ALT PV, Jay ensures that the operational “engine” behind Tribal energy projects runs with precision. His expertise in navigating the logistical and administrative requirements of multi-stakeholder deployments allows ALT PV to maintain transparency and reliability, ensuring that the promise of energy sovereignty is backed by world-class operational execution.

Dan Larkin is CRO and a Co-founder of ALT PV. He brings over 15 years of sales leadership and operations experience to the residential energy sector and spearheads the company’s Go-To-Market strategy. A pioneer in large-scale residential solar deployment, Dan is also founder of SOLO, the solar industry leading back-office platform that has powered approximately 40% of all recent residential solar installations in the United States. By providing dynamic real-time proposals, CAD design, and engineering-as-a-service, Dan has fundamentally transformed the speed and accuracy of solar project development.

Thomas brings over 30 years of experience across the public and private sectors, having managed large-scale residential and commercial solar portfolios for world-class organizations. His distinguished career includes leadership roles at GE Energy Financial Services, Vivint Solar, the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA), US Solar Fund, and ClearGen LLC.

As a member of the Navajo Nation (Diné), Aaron provides the critical analytical bridge between high-level capital markets and on-the-ground Tribal implementation, ensuring that every project is both financially resilient and aligned with the Nation’s long-term prosperity.
With a deep background in the solar development space, Aaron’s work focuses on the economic fundamentals that make large-scale residential clean energy projects viable. He leads the financial modeling and investment analysis for ALT PV, managing complex pro formas, P&L projections, and financing structures to maximize the value captured by Tribal governments. His ability to synthesize intricate data allows ALT PV to provide the transparency and certainty Tribal leaders require when navigating multi-million dollar energy assets.
